This 90-minute session is designed to help you understand emotions, why they matter, and how to respond in ways that align with your values. We’ll blend psychology, self-coaching, and social learning to support emotional literacy in a welcoming, safe space.

In This Meeting, We’ll Explore

  • Emotions — what they are and why they matter
  • The Emotion Wheel — a hands-on exercise for daily practice
  • Triggers — identify patterns through curiosity and self-observation
  • Coping strategies — practical tools for daily emotional regulation
  • Your regulation plan — create a customized plan for personalized results

This session is centered on emotional clarity, self-awareness, and gentle development—without fixing or pressure. Just learning together.
